Octonauts: Above & Beyond Season 4, otherwise known as Octonauts Season 9 in China, is the fourth season of Octonauts: Above & Beyond, a sequel spin-off of the original Octonauts series. It premiered on CBeebies on February 19th 2024, with all episodes available to watch on BBC iPlayer the same day. It is unknown when the season will release globally on Netflix. The season contains 24 11-minute episodes, as well as one 20-minute special.

Trivia[]
- This is the second Above & Beyond season to release before early airings in China, the first being Above & Beyond Season 2.
- This is the second Above & Beyond season to release on CBeebies and the BBC iPlayer before Netflix; the first being the previous season. Both seasons have yet to be released on Netflix.
- The season include's Ryla’s first appearance in the show since Above & Beyond Season 2.
- Similar to Above & Beyond Season 2, Pinto does not appear in this season. Additionally, Ranger Marsh made only 1 appearance in The Great Pacific Clean-Up, albeit in a non-speaking role.
- This is the first season of Above & Beyond to not introduce any new Terra-Gups.
- This season features the introduction of the Reef Base, a headquarters for the Octo-Agents.
- There are a few chronological errors regarding the Reef Base, which was built in the 21st episode of this season. For example, at the end of The Mudflat Mission, Dashi says, "Heading back to Reef Base now," though it was actually 4 episodes before the Reef Base was technically built.
- Another example would be in The Iguazu Falls, the 13th episode, where Bud is called and is in his Reef Base workshop, though the Reef Base (again) hadn't technically been built yet.
- Like Phil, Flo, Spiny Sue, the Monitor Lizard Brothers and Berta in the previous seasons, Klaus the yeti crab from the Season 3 episode The Yeti Crab makes an appearance in The Great Pacific Clean-Up. His friends Wolfgang and Horst are introduced in the same episode.
- The Gup-S & Octo-Lab appear for the first time since Season 5.
