Bowhead whales live in the arctic and they are the strongest ice breakers in the seven seas thanks to their large, strong heads.
Role in episode[]
In the episode, "The Bowhead Whales," three male whales meet the Octonauts as they are roaming the Arctic waters. They claim that they have the strongest heads to break through anything, and they have loud songs they use for talking to each other. They later help three narwhals, including Boris, by smashing the wall of thick pack ice so they can get to the surface to breathe. Their eyes are pretty displaced; at the bottom of their mouths. They talk with American accents like cowboys saying things like "Howdy folks!", "Yip, yip, yip!", and "Yeehaw!!!".
