The Gup-K was invented by Tweak. It is half swamp boat and half tank. Barnacles drives the Gup-K in The Great Swamp Search episode to save invasive species from Tweak's home, the Everglades, from a wildfire. Its design is based off of an alligator. Tweak had the idea for this Gup since she was a little bunny.

- This vehicle is one of the only amphibious gups in the franchise so far, allowing it to drive on both land and sea. A dome is included to help it go underwater.
- Two high-powered turbofans allow for water travel.
- Jaws for breaking any fallen trees in the way.
- Mouth-shaped high pressure crushers mounted at the front of the vehicle to clear debris.
- Water cannons to put out wildfires.
- Two swamp speeders.

- It is the first Gup to have wheels so it can travel onto land after driving through the water.
- Like the Gup-B, the creatures, like Lucille the Nine-Banded Armadillo, think it's one of their natural predators. The Gup-B looking like a real shark, and the Gup-K looking like a real gator.
