Tasks are a feature at Octonauts Wiki in which you can make and create certain tasks for purposes of improving content at the wiki.
About[]
- A. General
- 1. A task is a specific item that needs to be completed on the wiki.
- B. Task procedures
- 1. All users are allowed to create tasks.
- 2. All tasks will be created using a form. These are called "task pages" and will be used to describe the tasks and help determine the winner (or winners) of the task once complete.
- 3. All open tasks will be listed on one page to show users which tasks they may work on.
- 4. Once a task is complete, a bureaucrat will close the task. Note that the term "finishing" or "finish" is used loosely as such may not be complete in the future, or require minor adjustments.
Create a task[]
- 1. Replace TASK with the name of the in the box below.
- 2. Click "submit."
- 3. When you submit, fill out the information on the resulting page, then save the page.
- 4. Copy and paste the following under "Open tasks" of this page, replacing "TASK," "USER," and "DATE," with the correct information. If you need help, an administrator can update the table for you.
