Character played by: | Unknown male and female actors |
Orson and Ursa are Bianca's children and Captain Barnacles' niece and nephew who both live in a den in the Arctic with their mother, Bianca. Their first appearance was in the Earth Day special "The Great Arctic Adventure". The cubs also showed up in the Season 4 episode "The Walrus Pups" without their mother. They also appear in Above and Beyond Season 3 and Season 4, however their mother does not appear alongside with them.
Personalities[]
Both cubs are helpful, excitable, and highly competitive. They can occasionally be reckless, and they sometimes overestimate how capable, determined, and brave they are, like when they went to a walrus iceberg colony, even though they were aware of the walruses being territorial. They are also very cute and adorable, and no one can doubt it. While they tend to get competitive and try to see who's better than who, they both know that teamwork is the key to achieving anything.
Appearance[]
Both cubs are downsized versions of their mom and uncle, though Ursa is distinguished by a ponytail tied with a yellow hair band on her head. Orson has 3 spiky tufts of fur on his head. Orson wears a green scarf while his sister wears a yellow one. They are the smallest of the Octonauts crew's younger relatives, being shorter than both Peso's younger brother Pinto, Shellington's nephew, and Pearl's son Periwinkle, and Dashi's younger sister Koshi.
