Saul the Sea Star (calls himself a Super Star) is a Antarctic giant sea star who moves on ground. He needed to rescue some Baby Sea stars and, while he did so, he then he got stuck in some ice in the brinicle, a very salty, cold, and dangerous icicle that grows to the ocean floor which is very rare.
His arm was torn off when he got off the ice and then his arm regrew back because he used his super powerful growing that helped him.
