Season 3 was the third season of The Octonauts.

Kwazii and Dashi become entangled in a strange deep-sea creature (Siphonophore).
2	"Water Bears"	4 September 2013
The Octonauts venture into a dangerous red-hot lava tube to rescue a teeny tiny water bear. But only Peso can save the day when the space is too small for the others to fit through.
3	"The Cone Snail"	6 September 2013
When a cone snail invades the Octopod and poisons the crew one by one with its harpoons, Peso has to save the day and steer the ship out of the Roaring Forties at the same time as avoiding getting stung by the snail.
4	"The Artificial Reef"	6 September 2013
When an underwater hurricane destroys a small reef, which a frogfish named Anton and other creatures depend on, Tweak and her crew must convert the recently destroyed Gup-F into an artificial reef before the second stage of the hurricane strikes!
5	"The Humpback Whales"	10 September 2013
When a sardine swallows the key to a treasure chest, a humpback whale named Mitch helps Kwazii track it down. Peso gets the key out, and Kwazii unlocks the chest.
6	"The Pelicans"	10 September 2013
When a floating patch of rubbish endangers a flock of pelicans and other sea creatures, the Octonauts and the pelicans work together to clean it up with the Octo-Bin, even during a feeding frenzy full of swordfish.
7	"The Sea Pigs"	12 September 2013
The Octonauts must stop a huge herd of sea pigs before they march blindly into a huge trench - where they won't be able to swim out and there will be no access to food!
8	"The Yeti Crab"	12 September 2013
As Tweak tests the Gup-X deep down in the Midnight Zone, a yeti crab cuts a vital electrical wire in the ship and cuts off all electrical power, endangering itself and the Octonauts. The GUP-X nearly crashes into the biggest hydrothermal vent in the area, but luckily, Klaus the yeti crab connects the brakes wires inside the small control panel. It succeeds, fortunately.
9	"The Barracudas"	10 March 2014
Shellington and the Vegimals are on a mission to replant a mangrove forest, but they are soon attacked by a group of barracudas, forcing them to seek immediate shelter. Shellington calls for backup, and Captain Barnacles, Peso, and Kwazii rush in to help find the Vegimals. Captain Barnacles comes up with a plan to distract the barracudas while the Vegimals hurry at work to plant the mangrove seeds. The process successes, and the forest is now back in great condition. back at the Octopod, the barracudas get to have a nice snack of fish biscuits with sparkling seaweed sprinkles.
10	"The Duck-Billed Platypus"	10 March 2014
While rescuing river creatures after a storm, the Octonauts find a strange egg belonging to a pair of duck billed platypuses. The platypuses, thinking that their egg is in danger, sting Shellington and attack the Octonauts, causing Peso to drop his medical bag, which he needs to fix Shellington's leg.

When Kwazii gets lost at sea aboard the tiny Octo-Ski, he meets a flotilla of insects called sea skaters.
12	"The Mudskippers"	13 March 2014
The Octonauts attempt to keep the peace amongst a trio of mudskippers, whose home has been flooded.
13	"The Harbour Seal"	13 March 2014
When Peso's patient, a remora fish named Nora, mysteriously disappears, the Octonauts enlist a unique undersea detective - a harbor seal named Harry.
14	"The Lion's Mane Jellyfish"	2 May 2014
A lion's mane jellyfish named Leo accidentally gets sucked in the Octopod and the Octonauts have to untangle his tentacles while Professor Inkling provides backup to small fish that Leo protects. The entire Octopod is flooded with water and Leo's tentacles. The most difficult one is the bubble engine room, where Leo was. Peso objected that it was too dangerous; it wasn't even in the book, so he had to do it all by himself.
15	"The Red Rock Crabs"	2 May 2014
The Octonauts help a group of Red Rock Crabs get back to their home in the Galapagos Islands, with the help of their old friends, the Marine Iguanas.
16	"The Sea Sponge"	19 March 2014
Examining a sick sea sponge, Peso is surprised to discover that all sorts of creatures live inside it, treating it like a hotel, a behavior known as commensalism. While checking on his patient, Peso discovers a sperm whale louse inside, sick and unable to move.
17	"The Immortal Jellyfish"	20 March 2014
Shellington tells about the life of an Immortal Jellyfish, which he'd never had the chance to see one in real. But when he found out that Barnacles, Kwazii, and Peso have found one, Shellington tries his best to get to the coral reef and see the Baby Immortal Jellyfish but is too excited that he hits some bumps and turns along the way.
18	"The Urchin Invasion"	21 March 2014
Red sea urchins are attacking and destroying a kelp forest as they eat away at it. The Octonauts are helped by Shellingtons's sister, Pearl, another sea otter and scientist with her baby, Periwinkle.
19	"The Hammerhead Sharks"	1 May 2014
Shellington follows a group of baby hammerhead sharks on their first hunting trip when he crashes the Gup-D and three of the hammerheads swim away. The Octonauts have to find them before they get into trouble while looking for food and find out where are they all heading.
20	"The Loggerhead Sea Turtle"	12 March 2014
The Octonauts are in the "Sea of Vanishing Ships," mentioned in Kwazii's Spooky Pirate Stories. The shaking from a tremor splits the Gup-X and the crew. While Peso and Tweak try to get the gup parts back together, Captain Barnacles and Kwazii meet a loggerhead sea turtle named Lenny, who was trapped underneath the crashed Gup-X glider.
