The Terra Gup 2 (or Terrain Gup-2) is a Terra Gup that is featured in the Octonauts spin-off Octonauts: Above & Beyond. TG-2 is the only other Terra Gup with a known name (TG-2). It first appears in The Rocky Mountain Rockslide.
This Gup can roll into a ball and down areas without wheels. It is also very strong and can withstand the heaviest of rocks. It is based on the giant pangolin. It also has a video camera in it that is used when the hip rolls into a ball and covers the front windshield.
The front legs are also capable of acting as shovels, as seen in "The Stubborn Albatross" and "The Honey Badger", and the mouth also has an optional drill. Much like a small number of the Octonauts' previous gups, the TG-2 can fire fish biscuits from the mouth, and it can also go underwater via walking along the bottom, though it has only been submerged halfway in The Little Goby.
