The Terra-Gup 4 is a Terra-Gup that first appeared in Octonauts Above and Beyond Season 2, specifically in The Lonely Frog. It is based on a sea turtle and is described by Tweak as "lightweight and quiet". Because of it's inspiration, the TG-4 is amphibious, meaning it can travel on and in many terrains. It has been used in a desert, jungle, ocean, river, and on ice so far.
It can seat two passengers at the back on a small bench, along with a driver in the single front seat. On the front of the Terra-Gup, there are patterns very similar to the ones on a turtle shell.
It has four medium-sized wheels that enable it to travel swiftly across terrain. When in water, these wheels rotate horizontally so that they are flat, making it easier to travel in water. Additionally, when traveling in water, the two bubble engines at the back are used to power the Terra-Gup. Bud, Kwazii and Tunip were seen fixing the Terra-Gup 4, along with its bubble engines in The Sea Turtle's Shell.
