The Terra-Gup 8 is a large land-based Gup introduced in Octonauts: Above & Beyond Season 3. It made its debut on August 10th in Korea and on October 16th in the UK on CBeebies (BBC iPlayer).

This Terra-Gup is specifically made for planting missions; therefore, it is a mobile greenhouse. It has treads on each side, which allow the Terra-Gup to move. It has two unfolding doors on each side, which double as ramps to walk out/in to the Terra-Gup as its base is raised quite high above the ground. It also features a moving/powered ramp at the back. The powered ramp unfolds and was used to unload tree saplings in The Kilimanjaro Climb. There is a tail-winch at the back too.

The Terra-Gup was modeled after an elephant, therefore it features a watering hose that also serves as the trunk. There are also two orange tusks besides the trunk, that currently have an unknown purpose. The Terra-Gup features two large ears, which could possibly be solar panels (based of looks). The cockpit has two seats and two long ramps on each side that extend to allow the crew to enter or exit.

The Terra-Gup also has a rest bed in its "cargo area", which Kwazii used after getting altitude sickness whilst climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. The "cargo area" also features many shelves, gardening tools, hanging plants, posters and other decorations.
