Teresa Gallagher (born April 23, 1971) is an American-born British voice actress. Some of her well known voice acting roles include; the UK version of Dashi, Mater's computer disguise program from Cars 2, Nicole Watterson, Penny Fitzgerald, and several others from The Amazing World of Gumball, and multiple characters from both the UK and US versions of Thomas and Friends. She resides in London, England and sings with a British folk music group called Arcelia.
