”The Octonauts and the Missing Lake” is the fourteenth episode of the Above & Beyond spin-off series' second season.
While searching Ireland for an area to host the next Polar Scouts Campout, Tracker discovers that the lake nearby has vanished. He later encounters Rowan, a young red deer who has been searching for her lost Uncle Buck. While trying to find him, Tracker ends up falling down a sinkhole, where he discovers that Buck had also fallen into it days prior. With no way to escape, it is up to Ryla to navigate through the sinkhole and get the two out. But as Tracker will come to discover, he and Buck are not alone in the sinkhole.

- Rowan is usually a boy name, and is of Irish origin meaning "red-haired", which suits her since she's a red deer.
- Tracker meets Ryla for the first time.
- Nat is the third species of toads/frogs to be introduced in A&B S2. The first two were Ernesto, and the unnamed Sehuencas Water Frogs in The Lonely Frog and the Mother Red Eyed Tree Frog in The Rainforest Rescue.
