When Kwazii gets a case of pirate hiccups, a type of hiccups which no one has ever heard of before, he cannot seem to get rid of them. So, he and Peso go up the river in search of a pirate doctor’s treasure that will cure him, and they encounter a sawfish who knows Kwazii from a long time ago.

- There is no proper Octo-Alert sequence in this episode, because Kwazii accidentally hits it when he falls backward.
- This is the first episode where an old friend of Kwazii's is introduced.
