Dashi informs everyone that the Octopod is being threatened by a huge whirlpool, meanwhile Tunip later sees that there are some strange objects in the Garden Pod so he and Shellington go to investigate, and later see that they are sea krait eggs. The Octonauts try to find the mother snake and then all the baby snakes so they won't get sucked into the whirlpool, but they discover that one of the snakes is still missing so the Octonauts venture throughout the Octopod to find her. The last baby snake ends up in HQ and accidentally reverses the ship and the Octopod gets sucked into the whirlpool. When the baby slithers into the ocean while in the whirlpool, Kwazii and Peso put on special suction cup suits and venture out to save her.
Trivia[]
- This is the first episode to introduce a sea snake species.
- At the end of the episode, everyone falls asleep except Captain Barnacles.
- This marks the debut of the Octo-Tablet.
Errors[]
- Shellington says that Sea Kraits are poisonous. However, poisonous means absorption of the poison through the skin. The correct word in this situation is 'venomous' as he mentions that the Sea Krait bites.
