Tracker is an excited Polar Scout trained by Captain Barnacles. He runs the Polar Scout Emergency Post. He uses his listening station to track calls for help in the Arctic or the Antarctic.
He makes his first debut along with Professor Natquik, in the season 4 episode Operation Deep Freeze. He never made any other appearance after that, but he makes even more appearances in the spin-off series; Above & Beyond and in season 2 of it.
In Above & Beyond, he teams up with Kwazii on a couple of missions.
