Tweak and Pr. Inkling was walking trough the docks watching humble fisherman work and small children play in the water.
"Well professor, tell me about this idea." Tweak said. "I'd be happy to help you in any way I can."
"Excellent! I need you too design and build an under water ship."
"Excuse me, you want me too build what?"
"An under water ship." Inkling said.
"Why would you want a ship and how are we going to get the money and materials to build one?" Tweak asked.
"I was swimming past the kelp forest when I saw a fish who needed help. After assisting the fish I started thinking about how there was a rescue team on land but, there wasn't anyone protecting the world's oceans. Imagine all the creatures that fall into trouble every day and no one is there to rescue them; not to mention the fact that there are still creatures undiscoverd. But with a team of explorers we could preserve the ocean and learn more about it." Pr. Inkling said. "If you could design a special ship that will allow a crew too explore the most dangerous places in the ocean we can uncover a new world no one has ever seen before!"
"that explans why. now that leaves how." Tweak said.
"I made a few stops before I came and now we have the funds, materials, and a place to begin construction." Inkling said proudly. "That just leaves the head engineer and the crew. Are you in?"
"You had me at build!"
